We recommend this tea to anyone exploring the world of Japanese powdered tea, as it comes from a very distinctive cultivar. Yet it will also be appreciated by regular matcha drinkers thanks to its delicate, rich and slightly sweet flavour, with a subtle sharpness and a long, refreshing finish.
Preparation: Place two scoops (chasaku) of matcha into a bowl and add approximately 100 ml of water at around 90 °C. Using a bamboo whisk (chasen), whisk vigorously until a smooth, creamy foam forms on the surface.
