We usually offer our own coffee in collaboration with a local coffee roastery, but I came across this French micro-roastery and thought it would be a perfect fit for us. So here it is—Miche Coffee.
Miche Coffee is a small roastery based in Cap Ferret, France, committed to responsible coffee making. They prioritize sustainability, fairness, and transparency by sourcing only from specialty coffee importers who support equitable supply chains.
To reduce environmental impact, Miche Coffee has installed an SCE filter on their Giesen roaster, cutting roasting emissions by 90%. Their coffee is packaged in 100% recycled and recyclable boxes. As a member of 1% For the Planet, they donate 1% of their annual sales to environmental nonprofits.
