Midweek Recipes Cookbook is a straightforward guide to cooking from Monday through Friday. It was created by food writer Jess Elliott Dennison, who runs Elliott’s Studio in Edinburgh, a space that celebrates simple cooking and life in the kitchen.
Jess’s work is inspired by the produce, colours, textures, and rituals that each season brings.
