We both see the month of August as kind of a turning point, a stress-free shift in the thought process. August brings beautiful weather, long days, and a feeling of calm and relaxation that let your ideas flow freely and easily. When we were coming up with the name for our brand, we came across a painting called She was in August Company. That phrase stuck with us, and we looked more into what it means and found out that it means ‘to be in good company’, surrounded by anyone or anything that makes one happy and content. There it was, right in front of us, and we knew that’s the feeling we want to inspire and contribute to.
